Secure One acquires Central Networks fire and security business

The move follows a decision by Central Networks to concentrate on its core business of distributing electricity. Secure One will now be handling the existing customer contracts as well as developing the business throughout the Midlands as a whole.

Secure One managing director Ian Bass said the takeover will cement his company’s position as a leading supplier of security services in the Midlands and beyond. All Central Networks’ fire and security customers have been informed of the changes and Secure One will be expanding its team of engineers to accommodate the acquisition.

“Our customers will be receiving superior standards of service,” Bass said. “We are NACOSS Gold approved, and provide security for thousands of domestic, commercial and industrial customers.”
