Set up nine years ago by managing director Nathan Dervin and technical director Paul Curran in 1997, Somerset-based SM Technology has worked closely with ADI-Gardiner over the past two years since shifting its focus entirely to digital surveillance.
ADI-Gardiner not only partners with installers in supplying network systems, but is also asked by end users for advice on the solutions available and to recommend appropriate installers – hence the NVIP scheme.
“SM Technology is our first NVIP partner to be promoted up to the highest accreditation level. This has been a credit to the way that SM Technology has approached the market,” explained ADI-Gardiner’s UK integrated systems product manager Ray Ashby.
“They have increased their technical knowledge to be able to offer an excellent service to their customers, and in our opinion, are one of the best in the UK at providing the necessary network video Integration support.”
A delighted Dervin remarked: “Business has expanded dramatically and we are working with and installing some of the industry’s very latest products, providing good feedback to ADI-Gardiner and the manufacturers involved, such as Sony and Axis, with whom we also have accreditation.”
