Tyco Security Products has expanded its DSC range of IP cameras with three new, highly cost effective cameras for India and some other countries in the Asia Pacific Region.
The DSC range of cameras form part of the group’s initiative to give emerging markets good products at a price that is appropriate for the local market.
The DSCi350-D113 Compact IR Network Dome Camera, DSCi350-B113 IR Bullet Camera and DSCi350-D111 Mini Dome Network Camera are the new models in a range that combines high performance and high affordability.
These new IP models are available in three form factors- Bullet, Dome and Mini-Dome. And are meant for retail stores, residential projects, small bank branches, office branches and other small businesses with limited and conservative security budgets.
The 2 MP cameras with their highly sensitive CMOS sensors deliver high definition images with high integrity and are exceptional performers even in extremely low light conditions. Unlike some low priced cameras available on the market, these cameras offer a relatively richer feature set – 3D noise reduction, intelligent video and more.
The cameras give you the flexibility of H.264 or MJPEG Dual Codec for streaming videos. The H.264 compression technology gives the ideal blend of image quality with bandwidth friendly performance.
The intelligent video features of the cameras include features like motion detection, de-noise, blind detection and privacy mask. Additionally, each camera in this range is ONVIF compliant.
DSCi350-B113 & DSCi350-D113 have an impressive IR illuminator distance of 20 metres. The DSCi350 D111 packs a Micro SD Card supported (SDHC up to 32GB), a 15m IR illuminator and also comes equipped with a built-in 3-10mm Vari-Focal Lens which provides flexibility to adjust the field of view. This camera also has a Built-in Microphone and an Audio Line-Out thus giving the customer a 2-way audio support.
For outdoor use the DSCi350-B113 has IP66 weather proof rating.
