Tariq Anwer has been appointed to head up the new Dubai operation as Regional Sales Manager.
Optelecom-NKF said that the new office should help it build a strong local presence in the Middle East and strengthen existing partnerships.
Anwer previously worked for Group 4 Securitas and Al-Futtaim Engineering in the UAE.
