Security consultancy wins £270,000 development contract

ASP will come on board to further enhance security measures across Richmond Park and West Park with improvements to the CCTV control room, provision of security across the site, and the public realm surveillance of St Petersfield. Ashton Pioneer Homes has been responsible for over 900 affordable properties across the development since 1999, and dealt with substantial crime in early years.

But since APH’s takeover, there has been significant investment in the security infrastructure, with the installation of over 70 fixed and portable cameras, two-way intercoms, concierge, access control, fobbed entrances, and the employment of a 12-strong 24/7 Neighbourhood Services Team.
