Now in their fourteenth year, the Security Excellence Awards will once again provide a superb platform for the security profession to join forces in October at London’s famous Hilton Hotel on Park Lane and honour the many (and fabulous) achievements of those operating in the security management, installation/integration, consultancy and manufacturing sub-sectors (among many others).
Brian Sims, the media solutions manager for UBM Live’s Security and Fire Portfolio, is once again chairman of the Judging Panel and project manager for the event.
Speaking about the 2012 edition of the Security Excellence Awards, Sims commented: “We’re absolutely delighted at the standard and breadth of submissions. At a time when many in the profession are necessarily focused on Olympic security, the future of law enforcement and forthcoming changes to private sector regulation, as well as new European standards, we’re grateful that so many companies and individuals have taken time out of their hectic schedules and put so much effort into their submissions.”
Sims added: “We’re delighted to be able to recognise their efforts in what is undoubtedly the security profession’s premier awards scheme, and one which increases in both popularity and scope with each passing year.”
The 2012 Security Excellence Awards Ceremony takes place on Wednesday 17 October. Click here for further information and remember to book your table early… This event is always sold out well in advance of the night!
