Reporting to Peter Ainsworth, Samsung Techwin’s European product manager, Radley will be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive training programmes for Samsung Techwin’s fast-expanding European network of customers.
Commenting on the appointment, Ainsworth said: “With over 40 new products being launched during 2009 alone, and with more in the pipeline for 2010, Adam’s training skills will be very much in demand. We are striving to achieve excellence in all areas of our pre- and post-sales support, and the training courses conducted by Adam will play a very important role in helping us achieve this.”
In addition to providing product training for distributors, installers and system integrators, Adam will also conduct in-house training for members of Samsung Techwin’s sales team to ensure that the full benefits of the advanced technology built into the company’s latest products are demonstrated to customers.
