The ACS is based upon widely-recognised business improvement models, including ISO 9001:2000 and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model of excellence. The scheme also references, of course, several British Standard Codes of Practice applicable to the private security industry.

The dispensation for the licensing of up to 15% of our monitoring staff will give us the flexibility to resource further business growth and take on new contracts, even at very short notice.
