Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) has awarded 2020 Vision the job to upgrade its CCTV network following a competitive tender process.
Work is due to begin at the conference centre later this month, and 2020 Vision will be replacing the existing control room and recording system as well as providing a full migration pack, to allow the EICC to integrate fully digital technology in the future. The contract also includes relocating the control room to a different area of the extensive EICC site.
Peter Houlis, managing director of 2020 Vision, said:
“The EICC is planning to expand and our system will provide them with the opportunity to do so as and when without the need for re-wiring.”
