The three-year contract at this important town centre site covers 80 retail outlets, including well-known national and independent brands spread over four main shopping ‘squares’ in the scheme (which sprawls over nearly 500,000 square feet of floorspace).
The security remit involves the provision of 11 security officers to fulfil the role of the Centre’s Customer Services Team, together with fully-trained relief personnel. Members of the team will provide a full security service in what is a prominent location to ensure its “smooth and safe operation” for retailers and shoppers alike.
