The key element of the brief was that the station had to be able to handle all alarm types, communication methods and a wide range of CCTV systems.
The Bold system includes its ARC alarm and CCTV management software, together with Bold RX3000 multi-protocol, multi-mode alarm receivers.
Bold Managing Director, Brian Kelly, said: “The commercial central station is the one place where the effectiveness of system integration is truly tested. Add to that – space limitations, useability, system support and the need to create as efficient an operating environment as possible, and you have some work to do.”
