The BSIA will be supporting the new UK Pavilion at IFSEC Istanbul, which runs from September 30 to October 2 at the Lutfi Kirdar Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The UK Pavilion will be made up of BSIA members, including Advanced Electronics, GJD Manfucaturing, and Elmdene International. The BSIA’s overseas exhibitions coordinator, Peter Nicholls, explained that the BSIA’s strict membership criteria means buyers at the show will be able to have confidence in the companies exhibiting in the Pavilion. He continued:
We feel that representing the UK market at IFSEC Istanbul is the perfect platform for both regional and International visitors to be exposed to the outstanding quality that UK manufacturers offer.
The UK Pavilion is a reflection of the global nature of the IFSEC Istanbul show, which will also see manufacturers such as Axis Communications, Canon, Panasonic, and Sony exhibiting alongside Turkish distributors. Kerim Alain Bertrand, general manager of UBM Istanbul, who organized the show, said he was “excited” to have the BSIA UK Pavilion at the show. He said that visitors will be able to sample the most advanced technology that has been tested to UK standards and learn how to implement this technology in the Southeastern Europe region.
