A fire cable manufacturer is offering visitors a chance to strip in public at next week’s Firex North in Harrogate.
Ventrcoft is offering installers, consultants and wholesalers the chance to win GB pound 800 worth of it’s NoBurn cable by taking part in the stripping challenge. Just bring in a sample of any other manufacturer’s cable and test the speed it can be stripped ready for termination against NoBurn.
Challengers can use their regular brand of either standard or enhanced fire cable against NoBurn Platinum standard or NoBurn Diamond enhanced fire cable. If visitors manage to strip their sample faster than NoBurn, they will win 10 reels of NoBurn 2 core 1.5mm cable, worth over GB pound 800 at trade prices.
To take part in the challenge, just turn up at the Ventcroft stand (A9) on either 21 or 22 October at the Harrogate International Centre. No special tools are needed, or in fact are allowed!
