Tyco Integrated Systems HAS once again ventured into the realms of town centre CCTV schemes by becoming directly involved with the expansion of Salisbury’s existing state-of-the-art system.
The previous Tyco installation led to a 70% reduction in theft from vehicles, while vehicle theft itself dropped by 51%.
The latest expansion – devised with help from Salisbury District Council, the police, the local Chamber of Commerce and retailers – brings the total number of operational cameras in the scheme up to no less than 94.
