Control cameras from a BlackBerry

Users can call up pictures, control dome or pan/tilt cameras, have pictures and alarm information automatically forwarded and use it to document all alarm responses and resets.

In airports, stations, and stadiums, control centre operators can now send pictures of suspects or incidents from their CCTV systems directly to mobile patrols to enable them to identify and apprehend suspects.

In remote monitoring situations, mobile patrols can have CCTV pictures, site plans and full alarm information sent, so they see exactly where to go and what to expect when they arrive on site.

The integration of Geutebruck CCTV systems with the Mobile Secure Interaction System (MOSIS) is the result of technical co-operation with Netzlink Informationstechnik GmbH.

MOSIS enables existing software systems to be used in a mobile environment and can connect the alarm with event directed actions. For instance, an attack on a fence can trigger a surveillance camera, which focuses on the particular section of fence.

Cameras and other security facilities can be managed by employees directly from their mobile devices.
