The company, part of the AD Group, bought the manufacturing rights after Baxall went into administration last year.
Dedicated Micros acquired Baxall’s intellectual property, inventory and the production equipment. The ICE range of mini-domes and cameras has been integrated into the Dedicated Micros CCTV range.
