Eyewatch keeps an eye on its own security

Eyewatch designed a solution for its new site that combines internal Optex MX40, external HX BoundaryGard and VX402 detectors.

MD Dean Bolton, said: “As the business has expanded we have outgrown our original site. With this comes a greater need for increased security, so I conducted a review of the system and the layout of the new location before we moved.

“We have always felt our premises are secure, but we now feel even more confident when we lock up at night.”

The new set up is working without any glitches or false alarms.

The MX Series combines microwave and PIR technologies in “easy-to-install” units.

Anti-Crosstalk Technology prevents false alarms caused by microwave interference when several sensors are operating in the same area and Quad Zone Logic discriminates between humans and other sources of infrared.

Established in 1997, Eyewatch provides security alarms and manned guarding in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
