Based on the results of a BenchmarkQ Customer Satisfaction Survey, Videcon achieved 83 per cent overall for customer satisfaction, scoring 79.44 per cent for quality of service and products.The survey was conducted in April and May this year, during which time a sample of Videcon customers were interviewed on their level of satisfaction with the standard of marketing, staff performance, and service and products.
