The state mansion is faced with multiple security issues including criminal activity, terrorism and the need to counteract corruption.
Control Center, IndigoVision’s IP video and alarm management software, allows the security team to view live and recorded video and to listen to the audio from any of the cameras in the system. Control Center PC workstations can be located at any point on the network, and have been installed in a number of locations throughout the building, in addition to the main security control room. IndigoVision’s Network Video Recorder software provides 30 days of continuous recording for both video and audio from all the cameras in the system.
The system uses a combination of internal and external fixed dome and PTZ cameras, each fitted with a highly-sensitive microphone. The video and audio feeds from each camera are connected to an IndigoVision 8000 transmitter/receiver module, which converts the signals to digital data for transmission over the network.
