The one-day workshop is designed to provide an introduction to the Cathexis range of digital video recorders. – CCTV distributor Videcon has been awarded a Gold ‘BenchmarQ’ customer satisfaction award for the second year in succession.The award is based on results of a customer satisfaction survey, which was conducted in June to August. The survey revealed that overall customer satisfaction had increased since the previous review in May 2005.
