IP specialist ACTi Corporation (www.acti.com) reports a boom already in the South Asia Pacific region.
Said Ivy Yang of ACTi: “Most people saw IP surveillance booming in the US and Europe. Everyone believes it will happen in Asia two or three years later. However, from our experience there are more and more IP surveillance projects rolling out in South Asia Pacific as well.”
The latest was with Thailand partner Cablecom Networks for 14 ACTi Cam-6110 MPEG-4 IP high speed domes in the Chiang-Mai tunnel.
