IPC, which provides nearly two-thirds of trading turrets for the world’s trading floors, will use ION’s PRIISMS Secure Access Gateway software to maintain its trading systems in real-time.
“Our customers’ reliance on our communication systems is so important to us that the ability for faster response time to remotely access and maintain IPC’s products is critical,” said IPC’s Vice President of Product Management, Michael Speranza.
“ION’s products provide the security, connectivity, and flow of data needed to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.”
ION hopes its products will enable IPC to remotely troubleshoot and maintain its systems at client locations throughout the world, delivering real-time visibility to the entire communications infrastructure. The company claims that, using its products, IPC will enhance their service levels whilst meeting their customers’ security and compliance requirements.
ION’s CEO Norman E. Corn said his company was pleased to be working with IPC.
“It validates our commitment to providing the very best remote management solutions in order for our customers to deliver the best possible services to their customers,” he said.
