The newly-created director of Human Resources and projects role signals a phase of growth and expansion for the security guarding specialist.
Jordon-Hay is tasked with concentrating on Human Resources issues, project business development and company branding. Linda brings with her a wealth of security experience gained working for Brunel University and Camelot (among other businesses), and is extremely keen to build upon Ultimate’s reputation for excellent levels of service and commitment to members of staff.
Commenting on Jordan-Hay’s appointment, Ultimate’s chairman Martin Edwards told SMT Online: “I chose Linda because she will compliment my other directors with a different skills set. Her time in security and Human Resources will enable us to ensure that we continue to harbour the right people strategy built on the foundations I set for Ultimate over nine years ago, and which are still dear to my heart today.”
As a company, Ultimate Security has grown 30% year-on-year since 2005, and gained both a ‘Safecontractor’ accredited certificate and ISO 9001.
