In addition to offering existing customers service and support Lomax will be utilising Pecan’s ability to supply bespoke solutions and develop new business opportunities from installers, the company says.
Originally from Warrington, Lomax started her career in internal sales working for some of the industry’s major players. Over the years she has gained a wealth of invaluable product knowledge which is already proving to be a real benefit to Pecan’s customers.
Lomax said: “Although I enjoyed talking to customers on the phone I was keen to get out on the road and into distribution where I could promote products to installers face-to-face.
“I was attracted to join Pecan because they are well established in the industry and offer such a diverse and extensive product range. But it’s the company’s proactive approach in designing and developing solutions to suit specific customer applications that was the deciding factor for me.”
