New products include wireless detectors, a 360 degrees PIR ceiling mount, a glass break detector, a flood detector with adjustable sensor cable length up to 2m, and a VdS and EN approved smoke detector with optical smoke chamber.
Also added is a external quad band GSM module which enables SMS messages to be sent to pre-programmed mobile phone numbers, giving information about the current situation. The module can also transmit CID alarm protocols over telephone networks or TCP/IP over GPRS.
An audio verification module enables direct connection to a central monitoring station and it is equipped with full two way communication and a ‘listen in’ function to provide a communication point for audio alarm verification to reduce false alarm costs.
On the documentation front, there is a new installer software CD and an updated manual and installation guide.
