The Enduro printer, which has been designed to provide companies with affordable ID cards, can be upgraded instantly with a “drop-in” kit.
Cards produced by the machine feature ISO magnetic stripe encoding and one of four visual HoloKote watermarks to help prevent counterfeiting. Enduro can hold up to 100 cards at a time and its manual feeder system makes it suitable for use as a “front desk” printer.
Magicard, the printer division of international security firm Ultra Electronics Group, said Enduro features a colour LCD display with buttons, a USB interface and a Microsoft plug and play driver.
