Aaron Saks’ new role was announced by Panasonic System Solutions Company President Frank DeFina and is effective immediately.
“This position is an integral part of Panasonic’s commitment to the ongoing education and training of sales, support and dealer representatives,” said DeFina.
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Saks has spent the last two years with Panasonic as a hotline team leader and a technical support specialist. In his new position, he will be responsible for developing the curriculum and conducting the training for Panasonic Security Systems, with particular focus on the company’s newly launched i-Pro Certified Reseller program.
DeFina said, “Aaron’s previous experience with our hotline and technical support teams in the security industry gave him the leading edge for the Product Trainer position”.
