Cooper Fulleon has entered the wireless detection system market for the first time with the unveiling of Radio+ at International Firex. The new products include what is said to be the first wireless detector with an integrated sounder-beacon.
The system offers the usual benefits of wireless such as faster and lower cost installation, flexibility, and reducing the need for cabling and associated building work.
“Based on well proven components, the detectors, sounders, beacons and call points give Radio+ a highly reliable foundation, into which the wireless technology has been integrated to provide a fully featured analogue addressable fire detection and alarm system,” says Cooper Fulleon.
The system has been designed to conform with EN 54-25 Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems: Components using radio links.
