Octavian Security has just secured a major contract with one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-performance coatings.
Based in Flixborough but with offices in more than 50 countries, Jotun Paints (Europe) delivers to its global network of customers paints and coatings that incorporate the latest technological developments in cathodic protection systems.
The company has contracted Octavian, which has built a reputation for providing strategic security consultancy and highly-trained officers, to deploy several Security Industry Authority-licensed officers at its headquarters in north east Lincolnshire.
Security guarding with added value
Operating on a roster system, the officers will not only be providing traditional security guarding functions but also liaising with Jotun staff in order to inspire and define a robust security culture within the plant.
Jotun’s products can be used in offshore structures, ships and industrial plants.
