The new facility instantly highlights any employees’ licences that have been suspended or revoked. With that in mind, the SIA is urging security companies to register immediately and obtain a bespoke User ID and Password.
Security companies that have already registered with the SIA (as company users) can make use of their existing User ID and Password and take advantage of the new service immediately.
Unregistered companies may sign up for the service by e-mailing their details to companysponsors@the-sia.org.uk or by telephoning the Contact Centre on 0844 892 0925. Note that this number can only be used for bulk applications and company registrations.
