Richard Markham and John Disspain, who work for Reliance Security Services, were presented with the special recognition award by Norwich Union’s operations service director, Mark Hughes.
Both men have worked at Marble Hall since September 2006 and their front of house duties include meeting and greeting visitors to the site, assisting Norwich Union employees with their requirements and even running guided tours of the grade one listed building.
In their time with the company, both have received commendations from the public and staff for the role they play as ambassadors for Norwich Union.
On presenting the award Hughes said, “Richard and John provide an excellent service to Norwich Union here in the Marble Hall and their professionalism, knowledge and commitment are an inspiration.
“I am extremely pleased to be able to present them with their awards, in recognition of their exceptional service.”
