Service sectors like the security industry rely on teams of people operating across a number of environments, from customer-focused settings to those that require an in-depth knowledge of technology. For their part, Human Resources (HR) professionals play a key role in the selection, training and monitoring of thousands of individuals across the security sector and the corporate world in general.
The Inspiration in HR Award will provide these professionals with the recognition they duly deserve. It will be presented at the British Security Industry Association’s (BSIA) Annual Luncheon which is being held on Wednesday 16 July at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane in central London. Entrants will be judged by a panel of experts chaired by the BSIA’s chief executive David Dickinson.
On a single sheet of A4, please provide details of the reason for the nomination, the originality of ideas the individual and/or organisation has demonstrated in the HR arena and the impact that person or organisation has made. All entries may be supported with marketing material consisting of no more than two sides of A4.
