TeleEye launches BS-8418 charter

TeleEye says: “Central to the academy’s charter is a commitment to reducing false alarms from CCTV monitoring systems. End users and the police both benefit by saving the time and money wasted on unnecessary call outs.

“Membership to the academy is by invitation only and dependent on achieving the high standard of entry necessary for the categories RVRC partners, installer partners and supplier partners.”

All academy members receive “e2e” (or “end to end”, in the old language) approval from TeleEye. They will also receive training on BS-8418 issues and provision of compatible products and software.

Visit www.e2e.info for more information.

TeleEye has also opened a new office in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester.

The new office provides a northern base for account director Andy Jackson and his team.
