Azmi will now be responsible for managing the operational activities of Unipart Security’s Security Guarding division with the key objective of ensuring that it continues to offer the highest level of service to all its clients during a period of rapid growth.
“Prior to joining Unipart Security, Ozan worked for MITIE Security in a senior operational role,” explained Colin Moore, managing director of Unipart Security, “and he has also gained valuable experience while working for other leading service providers within the security sector.”
Moore continued: “His knowledge and man management skills, as well as his extensive experience of engaging with clients, make Ozan the ideal candidate for this very important role.”
As national guarding manager, Azmi will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Unipart’s ongoing success by ensuring that the organisation continually looks at ways in which its frontline officers are supported in their efforts to deliver a ‘Best-in-Class’ solution.
Exceeding the expectations of customers
“Our field-based teams are passionate about identifying opportunities to improve how we go about protecting our clients’ assets, property and people,” enthused Moore, “and, more often than not, they offer a level of service which exceeds our clients’ expectations.”
On that basis, a key aspect of Azmi’s role will be to ensure that as the company grows its existing high level of operational efficiency is continually enhanced and matches the enthusiasm and professionalism of the officers.
Unipart Security was one of the first security services providers to attain both the National Security Inspectorate’s (NSI) Guarding Gold approval and the Security Industry Authority’s Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status using the NSI Passport route.
