Samsung has released a new weatherproof 37x optical pan-tilt-zoom camera with built-in infrared LEDs, the SCP-2370RH.
The Samsung SCP-2370RH comes with an IP66 weatherproof rating and is equipped with a fan and heater to ensure it can cope with a wide range of environmental conditions.
At night the camera’s built-in infrared LEDs are automatically activated to provide effective lighting up to 100 metres. The intensity of the infrared lights can be adjusted depending on the level of zoom.
The camera also comes with Samsung’s SNRIII Noise Reduction technology to eliminate noise in low-light conditions without creating ghosting or blurring.
Other features of the SCP-2370RH include:
- Eight privacy masking zones;
- Motion detection;
- Highlight Compensation technology to identify and neutralise bright areas of an image;
- Digital Image Stabilisation;
- Multi-language on-screen display menu.
