Services include intruder alarms, access control, CCTV and monitoring, fire prevention and security personnel. Manufacturing is now handled by Kidde plc, while Chubb Locks and Safes has been sold to Assa Abloy. MD Mark Davies says the way forward for the company is through acquisitions and ‘organic growth’. Companies that appear to have a good ‘fit’ with Chubb will be assessed for takeover.
