Laurens Patisseries of Newark, Nottinghamshire produces chilled cream cakes for many of the country’s leading supermarkets.
With a 100,000 sq ft site, the company needed a sophisticated IP-based surveillance solution that would create a secure location. Installer Chris Lewis Security needed to install 45 analogue cameras adjacent to the perimeter fencing, the loading bays, car parks, production lines and offices such that total coverage is achieved.
Bewator’s Eventys digital video monitoring system (DVMS) and Eventys RMC were specified.
