Alan McKeeve, 26, who works out of the company’s Glasgow office, is responsible for selling a wide range of products across the Stanley Security portfolio, including CCTV, access control, integrated reception systems and time and attendance products.
He beat seven other finalists, drawn from some of the UK’s leading companies, to take the title. Throughout the assessment programme he impressed the judges with his strong over-target sales performance, excellent product knowledge and ambitious long term career plan.
He said: “I was pleased enough to have made the final eight and be attending the awards ceremony, but to be announced as the winner was a complete shock and a great thrill.”
His regional sales manager, Daryl Watson, who accompanied him to the Awards added: “This is a fantastic achievement for Alan and a proud moment for everyone at Stanley Security Solutions.”
