And eager to impress his new colleagues, he also took along an iClass sign with him to the peak.

“Mont Blanc is not for the faint hearted,” Laws said, “but I wanted to show that we can take customers to ‘new heights’ using the iClass platform.

“It offers more than just access control – it provides the opportunity to add a number of additional applications to credentials such as time and attendance and cashless vending, further increasing the security levels within their organisation.”

He has previous experience at Honeywell, ADT and Secom.
