Biometric fingerprint readers
The KF2000 has been integrated directly with the Amadeus 5 software and the Toplock 4 system to give end users a fully-programmable security solution from one package.
The KF2000 fingerprint reader is able to hold the templates for up to 1,000 users (with further options able to accommodate 4,000 people). It may be configured to read finger only for simple, low security applications or may provide higher levels of security through cards and fingerprints (ie HID proximity card plus keypad code). This flexibility makes the system highly adaptable.
Programming is via a small USB fingerprint enrolment reader which is duly connected to the programming computer. The operator asks the user to press a finger onto the enrolment reader twice… and that’s all there is to it!
