DM offers exchange policy

Dedicated Micros has unveiled a six-month ‘no quibble’ exchange policy on selected products purchased through its UK and European distribution partners on or after March 1, 2007.

The move applies specifically to all DS2, DV-IP Servers, BX2 and DS2 Server products. DM’s Pauline Norstrom said the move means customers who are dissatisfied with any of these products can replace them with a brand new unit within six months of purchase.
