Mike Lewis, the company’s Business Development Manager for UK & Ireland said he thought adapting to IP CCTV was proving a learning curve for lots of installers.
He said: “We aim to give end-users the confidence in the installation company by proving they are professionally trained and accredited to install MOBOTIX. It is wrong to assume that just because a company has years of experience in CCTV, they can install professional IP solutions.”
Installers in both the UK and Germany will be expected to attend MOBOTIX training courses before they can become accredited partners.
