Introduced in 2006 by ConflictPro, the awards are sponsored by City & Guilds, Skills for Security and Security Management Today (SMT) and aim to highlight both personal achievement and Best Practice in conflict resolution.
The Judges will be looking for trainers, managers and frontline staff who can demonstrate how they’ve made a significant contribution to managing conflict at work.
Awards are available for members of staff and managers working in the security, healthcare, justice, transport, licensed retail, retail and local authority environments.
