The one-day driver training course in South Wales aims to teach motorists how to deal with some of the roads’ most dangerous- and challenging- situations.
In the morning, four VSG directors got behind the wheel of a specially-customised car to test their ability to deal with skids and slides.
The car’s hydraulic frame, which is similar to those used in police driver training, can simulate risky driving conditions like aquaplaning, over-steering and slippery roads.
In the afternoon session, the directors and their training provider Yeoman Training took to the open road- learning the craft of the traffic police.
