Fluidmesh wireless products in use at La Palma

The installation uses Fluidmesh 2200, a wireless unit that not only transmits the video streams coming from the cameras directly attached to it, but also dynamically routes packets coming from other Fluidmesh units through the optimal path. “The installer decided to use Fluidmesh products because of their ease of use,” says Casmar Electronica’s Jordi Alonso. “Because the Fluidmesh 2200 is a router it works simultaneously as a transmitter and receiver. In this installation the multi hop system enabled the units to be installed away from the control, without need for line of sight. During the installation, other Fluidmesh units were set up from the monitored area to the control room to ensure a secure path for video streaming.”
