According to the annual report from IMS Research, the combined worldwide market for network cameras is set to continue at an annual growth rate of 40 per cent.
Axis is ranked the number three brand within EMEA in the security cameras category in The World Market for CCTV & Video Surveillance Equipment report.
This is the same position as in last year’s report, but with an increase in overall market share in CCTV and video surveillance from 5.8 to 8.3 per cent.
Steve Gorski, managing director, Axis Communications (UK) said: “Demand for network video keeps growing strongly and Axis, through a policy of continuous innovation and focus is able to introduce new products to keep ahead of the market.”
