The new software driven solution was developed in cooperation with food service company Compass Group and designed for any organization with retail sales operations.
The software pairs POS workstation data with recorded video to provide a comprehensive record of transactions and cashiers’ interactions with customers.
VSM also offers information analysis for management, including the facility to allow
users to perform data searches for terms like “void”, “coupons” or “no sale” to identify any incidents that have occurred and to deter dishonesty among employees.
Additional functionality includes the ability to track and monitor employee attendance, behaviour, appearance and more, from anywhere in the world via an Internet connection.
