Sanyo has introduced two eye-catching colour TFT/LCD monitors for CCTV applications that are specially designed for use with high resolution cameras.
The 17″ VMC-L2017P and the 19″ VMC-L2019P PAL/NTSC automatic detection units (pictured) are capable of displaying more than 500 TV lines at 1280 x 1024 resolution, and boast a 1000:1 contrast ratio.
There’s a choice for end users and their installers of two composite inputs with loop-through, one VGA input and one S-Video input (in addition to two dedicated audio outputs).
According to Sanyo, both of the new monitors offer picture-in-picture (PIP) functionality and are supplied complete with a specially-designed remote controller.
The monitors are VESA 100 x 100 standard mounting bracket compatible, and overscan/ underscan is selectable.
Operation is guaranteed in temperatures to +40 degrees C.
