The polycarbonate dome is highly durable and has a vandal-proof armorPlate housing for security on-site and for the unit itself. It is available in colour/monochrome, with a high resolution output of 520TVL colour and 580TVL mono. It is supplied with a varifocal auto iris direct drive lens and has advanced Sony CCD technology.
Also available are Vantage’s new fully functional IP domes – the VIPC6510F and VIPC6610F. Each model is easily configurable to capture images clearly without distortion, Vantage says, in spite of changing environmental conditions.
Low light issues are addressed by digital slow shutter and electronic shutter functions. The domes incorporate auto white balance, back light compensation, auto iris control and auto gain functions, to ensure sharp images under high contrast and backlight conditions.
