This has led to the creation of VES LLC – a wholly owned US subsidiary of Kentec Electronics Ltd.

Kentec managing director Ray King said: “I am really excited by this fantastic new opportunity that will both guarantee the continuity of the business and significantly broaden Kentec’s range of products and services available to the fire alarm and detection market.”
